Purchases made on RZJamz.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. Markdowns are final sale and may not be returned for refunds or exchanges.

RZ JAMZ will not accept returns if:

• The item has obviously been worn

• Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors

• Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes

• Alterations or modifications of any kind

• Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged

• Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged

RZ Jamz does not cover return shipping costs or services. Once a return is received at our location a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. It may take about 10-14 business days for a refund to be completed. Please note that banks may require additional time to process the refund back to your account.

Orders must be placed by 11am CT Monday through Friday not including holidays to be released the same day for Next Business Day and 2 Business Day Shipping. Weekends are not included in business day shipping methods. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted.
